The main thing I like about this program is that it lets us monitor our store performance as far as revenue and activity in the stores. The customer service is also good, but there is a big difference between the US and UK versions of the software. The UK version lacks some features and is not very intuitive to use. It took me a while to get used to using it, but once you do it makes all the difference in terms of making sure we are getting the most out of our points. We are able to track our store performance easily and also see what our competitors are doing.
