The black cartridge worked well. The tricolor was blotchy, faded, it seemed as if the ink had dried. The packaging says 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, so I contacted Revain. Not only was I able to return the defective cartridge, I had to send that and the good black cartridge in, which meant I had to buy 2 new cartridges before I could send them back. The only option I chose is a 20% refund of the purchase price. So it's a "100% guarantee" but it means you only get 20% back if 50% of a product is defective - this calculation doesn't work and says you should NOT buy that product as both that Both the product and the guarantee are defective!
