I love my Otterbox Symmetry case on my (old) Galaxy S7 phone, it's not too big but offers protection from falls. It's not one of those gigantic hulls that look military. It works with all other four Qi chargers I have at home and in the office. BUT this Keybox Qi car charger holds the phone in the case well enough. It's comfortable, but the phone might slide forward if I stop abruptly. Can I blame this charger for not being compatible with my case? Well, it looks like everything would work fine if the fingers wrapping around the phone were light and not bent at 90°. A slightly better technique would solve the problem. The cradle works great without a case. A green light on the left side of the charger indicates that it is charging. The light can be annoyingly bright for night driving. Requires a standard micro USB connector that fits my old phone and any other cables I have. It comes with a cord but I want the EXACT length I need for my car and keep it plugged in 24/7. Best of all it fits the standard Garmin ball mount so I can use the stand with the pro clip mount.
