I've been working in industrial piercing since 2011. Before ordering this jewelry I have only used industrial grade stainless steel jewelry from Spencer and Hot Topic. They were so cute and I was thrilled to wear them. When I first put it on (the one with the heart in the middle) my ear was very irritated and I took it off after 3 days. I noticed that the heart (because the back isn't flat) scratched the middle of my ear and left a bruise. Because it was so cute, I tried wearing it again after a month or so, but this time I covered the back of the heart to make it flat. After about 7-9 days I noticed my ear turning green. When I took out the jewelry, I said it was tarnished and my ear was very irritated. Very disappointed it is not stainless steel quality. Maybe it's silver. Whatever it is, do not buy if you have sensitive ears (I don't and my ear was still irritated and turning green)
