Headphones suck. on Bluetooth headsets

Headphones SUCK! I have two units. I lost one and reluctantly bought another. Headphones short out very easily. I've swapped them out twice and they each short out one ear. Called Uclear, they tell me it's not installed properly. How difficult it is to route a cable in a helmet. I had 4 different headphones and they all gave the same thing. 5 members of my club have uclear and we ALL have problems with it
