Review on Benfei HDMI to DisplayPort Adapter: 4K@60Hz Resolution for Laptop, Xbox, PS4, PS3 - HDMI Input to DisplayPort Output by Mark Loredo

This product doesn't work which is very disappointing. It seems to work great with my Acer K272HUL, but most of the time it doesn't even register on any of my other monitors and when it does it often freezes at 480p or I can't get past 60Hz despite adverts or 120Hz at 1440p . .This doesn't work at all on my Asus PG35VQ (not really important) or any of my Asus PG279Q - those are the monitors I wanted to drive. I bought two and both are equally cheesy. I guess what I expected from a hacky HDMI > DP adapter. I tested this on both Vega 56 on macOS and 2080Ti on Windows. No difference. Unless you're trying to run a really basic barebones display, I wouldn't bother at all.
