I love this mirror! Yes, there are a few things that are a bit odd, but I choose. The packaging is fantastic. Someone had to throw him off the truck to damage the mirror. The only real downside I have at work is that the buttons don't seem to respond immediately right after turning them on (I wired them to a light switch). This can take up to 30 seconds. Overall this is a great mirror, I would have loved the 30 x 42 inch coupon I received as much as the 24 x 36 inch I bought and returned because it was too small.
