I usually get gel nails and am fortunate to generally have strong nails and smooth, skilled manicures. But due to the pandemic I have started sanitizing my house much more often and a few months ago I resumed my manicure but this time I chose acrylic because all the cleaning products have weakened my nails. When I removed them, I remembered why I stopped using them years ago. You beat up your nails and although my manicurist is gentle, they still showed signs of minor damage. So I ordered this set and although I've only used it twice in the last week it definitely helps. My nails grew stronger and a slight trace of rubbing disappeared on one thumb and disappeared on the other. My nails look neat and tidy and in a few weeks I'll be able to do a gel manicure again. I will definitely keep these products on hand as I like to take a break from my nails every 3-4 months and these products will help me keep them healthy. I recommend this set for healthy and strong nails.
