Review on Naxa Electronics NPB252RD Portable CD/Mp3 Players: Red, with Am/FM Stereo - Ultimate Music Experience On-The-Go by Maurice Stavros

Bought for my cousin with special needs for her room. The first came and when we opened it the CD/CD player electronics were completely broken and fell into the radio. We replaced it and the second one that came with the antenna broke off and was just sitting on top of the radio in the box. The radio was not packaged in a plastic bag like the previous one, so it looks like it was a return that was re-shipped. There was still sharp-edged metal around the antenna hole. We went over and plugged it in to see if it would work at all. We tried 5 different discs in the player and it didn't work. If it was just for me it wouldn't be such a big deal but it's hard to explain to a special needs person who is so excited to get something special that twice it doesn't work right away! We'll send it back and we'll all go to another brand together. This company really needs better quality control.
