The hooks for the back of the bike didn't feel comfortable so they just slipped off. 1 bungee cord and I got more confident. They give you 8 plastic anchors. Nowhere in the manual does it say how to use them. They are there to make sure you either hit the cleat or set the board to lock onto the cleats. It was just confusing. I also didn't like that the pulleys had so much space between the pulley and the housing that I could see the rope getting caught there, but so far so good. If you have a ready made ceiling in your garage the configuration of the parts will be weird but just screw it in and it will crush the parts a bit and it will work.
