I have ordered 3 of these. 2 of them are working great. They are very fast and effective. The third one stopped working after about 1.5 months. I tried to call the company to send it in for repair/replacement and I cannot get a hold of a single person in any department. I tried calling sales, tech support, and the operator. No one answers their phones. I called at different hours for 2 days 5-20-15 and 5-21-15 and I got a hold of the operator one time. I asked if I could talk to tech support and if they are still open. She said they were there and she transferred me. No one answered. I called back and no one answered in any of the departments again. The next day I called no one answered still. I have called 20+ times. I would not recommend buying these even though they do function better than other ones I have tried. If it breaks or something goes wrong, you will be on your own. I think they must be going out of business or something. 888-800-0303 is the number I kept calling.EDIT: I still tried to call these guys every few days or so since I wrote this review. I was still unable to get a hold of anyone. I called ebay and they were nice enough to level me return it directly to them. Now I have to decide if I want to roll the dice and order another or go with a different brand. I think I will try something else.
