At first I sent them back. That was partly my fault as I wanted to order pillows with bamboo covers that are filled with memory foam. I misread and they were stuffed with polyester fiberfill. I would have left them if they were comfortable, but they were the flattest pillows I've ever tried to sleep on. Flat and not at all supportive - not as full as other polyester fiber pillows I've had in the past. I usually sleep either on my side or on my stomach with one hand under the pillow. I could feel my whole hand and arm under the pillow, pressed against my head. Poorly. So if you want softer pillows that still hold their shape, this isn't for you.
