Review on SUNPIN 17 by Aaron Richardson

I bought it so my grandkids can watch what they want as I only have one TV and it makes them happy I don't have to wait to to see what she wanted when it arrived the box was ok didn't try it right away the kids didn't arrive until the next weekend they were all delighted so dressed installed the picture disappears horribly and disappears it was a real mistake on my part so now that's on thrown in the landfill the worst thing i have ever bought from amazon and the worst thing about it my grandkids i let them down i dont have the box tried everything so my hands are tied its not your fault i spent 100.00 on something , which I thought would be good. Thanks for the license. Amazons have always been nice to me. Sorry, I think there is nothing you can do. My grandchildren love to watch their DVDs but can't now. I'm a very good customer and I always pay the bill. Is there anything we can do to fix the situation or should I just give it up to gain experience? Thanks
