Versatile resistance band
I bought the Calliven Portable Seven Ring stretch band to supplement my home gym of resistance bands and free weights. It provides more resistance that many of my bands and the rings make it comfortable to hold for arm exercises. I am also able to step on the band for bicep curls, tricep kickbacks and overhead tricep work. This band is durable, comfortable to hold and can be easily cleaned. A great addition for my workouts!
