Works as advertised once you have accurately diagnosed the audio problem! Don't listen to those who say it doesn't work. The GPU ran the main highs through my studio monitors depending on how much it was being used. Even without a working GPU, I heard a hum. I bought it hoping it would solve these problems and it certainly helped! A few things to look out for: Includes a 5V to USB-C adapter for use with a separately sold power bank. I wish it had come with one for the price, I just used a spare USB-C cable and plugged it into the wall adapter and it still worked fine. Most uses of this device require additional power, so consider this when purchasing. This device has greatly improved my listening experience and was well worth the money considering I now get more clarity especially with quieter music
