I like that they have so much experience with this platform because it allows us to focus more time working internally rather than figuring out how things work. It has made our life easier by having everything set up correctly from day 1 which makes onboarding new hires quick as well! The only thing about cwps i dislike personally are their customer service reps who will tell you what your options/choices really are without giving any real explanation or justification behind them. Instead just make assumptions and go off half baked answers. If you're looking at switching over to something else try other providers before committing yourself too heavily into anything specific. Having an easy way for employees across departments (HR) can log into anywhere within the network seamlessly allowing everyone access where ever needed no matter location.
