Review on CodonLIMS by Ananta Crowley

The software has been very easy to use in our small business environment as well as being able to expand when we need it too! It's also really flexible so you can do some pretty cool things with customizations that aren't always available out of box features. There are not many options (or ways) to customize your own workflow but this is something I would like to see added eventually or perhaps even another version which allows more customization. We have used codonelims since its initial launch almost 7 years ago now and there hasn't been any major issues. They were one of the first companies who did an integration with our ERP so they've had time to perfect their product. Their customer support is great - fast responses and helpful resources. I like that you can track all of your samples from sample to patient results very easily with this program! There are some things about it i don't really love but they do have updates going through out there so hopefully those will be fixed soon enough!! Great product especially if looking at only small labs or companies without much budgeting power as well. You won’t go wrong getting codonslims in place. !
