Easy to use and user friendly shipment tracking software
It is very easy for our organization as it has all needed features like; shipment tracking, cargo consolidation/dispersion etc without any issues thus helping us manage shipments throughout their lifecycle from receiving at port till final delivery or return at origin point.
Customer service support can also be provided if required through live chat feature which helps make things more easier. I would suggest using Inttra services for those who are looking forward to have end user friendly software that enables them track every single order they ship along its entire journey. This allows me to view each location details such as arrival time & status, pick up date&time, drop off date&time etc.
Pros
- All shipping information related activities including booking tickets with real estate agent in India (GSTIN), making payment towards dues via bank transfer , updating custom duties charges during import process.
- Tracking package's movement within country / across borders
- Viewing product history while importing goods into an ecommerce store(from multiple warehousing locations)
Cons
- Updating Custom Duties Charges when Importer receives imported good
