Review on GradientOne by Eric Surabhi

I have used gradienone in one of my organizations for few months now, we are using it as an online platform to run our labs remotely so that any manager can log into his account anytime from anywhere (incluiding in their home). It is really helpful especially when you want your employees out side office at some point during workday or weekend without having them sitting idle/home alone all day long. There could be more features which will help me manage things better but this product has been good enough thus far. As mentioned above there is nothing much i dislike about it other than lackof customization options where you may need to pay extra amount if required by adding additional modules etc. Its great tool overall for remote management. We were able to utilize its benefits very well. Easy to use, easy to learn.The support is very responsive when there are any issues with the product or using it in particular situations. There really isn't much that I dislike about this program. It's great for remote lab managers who want to manage both their own employees and those of other companies remotely. In addition, we have been able to streamline our workflow by not having to send files back and forth from person-to-person anymore.
