I like that this is not only for managers but also their employees, which makes it easier to manage from far away. We are able to have quick meetings with our team members without having them come into campus every time we need someone in person. I have used gradienone in one of my organizations for few months now, we are using it as an online platform to run our labs remotely so that any manager can log into his account anytime from anywhere (incluiding in their home). I like that it's web-based, so you can access from anywhere with an internet connection! It also has some really nice features for remote workers such as screen sharing or whiteboarding sessions - which is great when working remotely but not always possible in person (like at my previous job).
