I have been using this for some time now, mainly because of their excellent customer support team who are always there to help with any issues or questions you may be experiencing! It can sometimes take up quite awhile before they respond but once that happens it's great - usually within an hour at most :) We use G1 primarily as part remote work management system (we offer our clients access via VPN) however we also do not allow them direct contact unless required so having all communication through email is ideal in my opinion.
