Review on GradientOne by Sam Sergio

I like that it's web-based, so you can access from anywhere with an internet connection! It also has some really nice features for remote workers such as screen sharing or whiteboarding sessions - which is great when working remotely but not always possible in person (like at my previous job). Some of our employees are still very new to using computers/internet technology and may have issues getting used to this type of software / platform. We use gradentone primarily because we needed something where all users could login easily without having someone physically present who would be able to help them set up their accounts etc., especially since many people were hired outside US time zones.
