I like that this is not only for managers but also their employees, which makes it easier to manage from far away. We are able to have quick meetings with our team members without having them come into campus every time we need someone in person. It can be difficult as well when you're trying to get things done at your desk because of all the distractions around us while working remotely. This helps me stay productive throughout my day by being more efficient than if i were sitting next to everyone else.
