I can't fault the seller, but this card now costs 400-700 more than retail. The seller sent immediately and I received a card with a mandatory direct signature. The shortage of GPUs is real and it's almost impossible to find cards in retail stores. I was on multiple waiting lists for over 9 months and finally decided to put up with it. I had another scammer through Revain who sold me the same card but it never arrived. For now, given Nvidia's predictions, it might be worth waiting for the 4000 series, which is due to launch in late 2022. Performance wise I gave up the EVGA 2080 Ti Black Edition, the 3080 Ti FTW Ultra barely fits. in my case. It's MASSIVE! I have an Intel i7-9700k which seems to be keeping up with the card. I usually get 20-30 fps more on refresh games. One of the biggest differences is that the 3080 Ti FTW is much quieter. The 2080 Ti ran at 80ยฐC the whole time and was very noisy. The 3080 Ti FTW is quiet and I get around 73C for high temps. I'm very glad I bought a 1000w modular power supply a few years ago because this bad boy requires three 8 pin connectors and draws between 340 and 375w. It sucks the juice but the person gets results ! This card is basically the 3090 Founder's Edition (same GPU chip) but can be even faster than the 3090 FE thanks to its own overclocking. I haven't overclocked it, it normally runs at 1935MHz. The biggest difference I noticed is that DLSS is set in Metro: Exodus. This game flies with my settings and DLSS enabled. Assassin's Creed Valhalla doesn't have a huge performance boost (around 55-62 fps with the 2080 Ti and 60-85 fps with the 3080 Ti), but it doesn't have DLSS capabilities. EVGA Precision X1 is an incredible program. Just install it and forget about it and it will do the overclocking for you. I've been buying EVGA for years and this is just one of the reasons. I'm a little concerned about the weight of the card, but my motherboard has steel-reinforced PCI Express slots. MSI supports the graphics card, but I hope I can do without it. My only x16 slot is next to the CPU and SATA cables, so I had to move the SATA cables around a bit to make the card fit. You need a medium or large tower that fits in your case. The card itself measures 11.81" x 5.38" (300mm x 137mm). Overall I am very happy with the card. RGB lighting is fun, but I don't have a clear case so I don't really care. It retails for $1,399, $200 more than the FE. Spending $1,900 was uncomfortable. I could probably buy two or three Xbox X or PS5 for the price, but I just love PC gaming. If you have the money and the case, this is the best air-cooled 3080 Ti you can buy.
