Reasons why I LOVE this vest. Unlike most dog vests, this vest covers my dog's entire body, not just the first half as if the second half of the dog doesn't exist. What do other dog hair manufacturers think? That my dog wears trousers like humans, that he likes it when the other half of his body is 20 degrees colder than the first half? Not to mention it looks weird covering only half of her body like she's outgrown the coat and I just didn't notice. There are no sleeves so it doesn't resist the dog's movement, but the snug fit keeps them warm. . This is a good fleece material with a nice thickness but not at all stiff as sometimes found with thicker fleece. It's easy to put on. Just stack it up, put it on your head and then put your legs through the hole. Voila! There's also D-Link which makes life so much sweeter! This is so important in winter when putting on a belt over a coat can be a real chore. Size: The size chart corresponds to the money! I bought a large, my dog is 11/12 pounds, about 13" back and 18" girth. It was perfect for her. If you're not sure about sizing, use the girth (largest part) because if it doesn't fit around the middle, it just won't fit.
