I think that the software is well integrated with all of the social media platforms. The platform has been flexible enough to adapt to our needs as we've changed over time. It also provides us with some great analytics which helps us monitor what is working and what isn't. We are using this in an effort to drive traffic to our website and grow our email list. We currently receive no leads from Engag3d - but that may be because of the way we're approaching this in the first place. We will continue to use Engag3d and see how things go. We have noticed a positive result in our overall engagement levels. I am able to set up campaigns in minutes from my own dashboard; they deliver relevant content that is highly engaging which increases leads & sales results! There are no downsides at this stage either - just continue using them as if nothing ever changed since their new pricing model was announced 1 month ago (July). We've seen increased engagement across our social media platforms but also improved conversion rates.
