FIRMWARE UPDATE!

Please note: This review is based on results AFTER a NexiGo firmware update. I contacted the company because I had some really hot spots on video and lots of audio. Firmware update fixed my problems! Now it's a really competitive camera that I can absolutely use in class. Be sure to use OBS! Good qualities: The recording resolution is 2K at 30 fps, 1080p at 60 fps and 1080p at 30 fps (for use with the remote control). Software - There is an application on the NexiGo website that allows you to adjust the image to your needs. It seems to work in recording apps. Once you get a good look, you can use the camera anywhere. Tripod mount - can be mounted on a tripod or on a monitor. I like its versatility. Remote control. At 1080p at 30fps, the remote does a decent job. You can zoom, pan, rotate and mute. No problem! USB-C adapter. I love that it has a USB-C adapter. The computer I use at work doesn't have the extra standard USB ports. Very convenient. LONG cable. The cable is much longer than most webcams. I can set up my tripod anywhere and I don't try to find a place where the cable gets out of the way. They are great for recording lessons or holding Zoom/Meet/Skype meetings. Definitely a huge improvement over the sound before the firmware update. The volume controls on the remote control also help. Lens caps - they work well, but I liked having one built in. Again, I rarely use them, so this is hardly an issue. I took it to work because I liked the original N940 so much. I took it home as a background camera and will take it to school. The remote will be HUGE for my video tutorials. Really impressed with the N940P. The camera is literally so good I bought it twice. Haha.
