I've been using this product for a few months now. At first I was torn between spending the money on this unit and buying a cheaper version from Klein Tools at my local hardware store. I'm honestly glad I put the extra money into this device. The design of this device is better. Variable dimensions are larger on this device as it can cut smaller and larger holes than the Klein device. The trash can has better padding to trap more dust and drywall fragments. It features a set of blades/guide tips that allow convenient and accurate cutting of tin ceiling tiles. which blades are which. You kind of have to know what you're doing, or search the internet to see the difference between the blades, or look at the picture of the box to see how to put them together. In my opinion, those little 15 cent pieces of printed paper can really change a rating between four and five stars. I hope they include instructions and better blade markings in the future.
