I installed the manufacturer's drivers on my new Dell laptop with the latest version of Windows 10, but my device will may never recognize both cards at the same time. I contacted the manufacturer's support (who responded and responded the same day) but they suggested that the problem was a bad cable (replace cable), a dirty connector (blowing with air), or a manufacturing defect. I've tried swapping cables and cleaning ports but to no avail. I have given up and sent the unit back to Revain for a replacement. The second device I received showed the same behavior; My machine couldn't see both cards at the same time. I spent a lot of time getting this device to work (and I really wanted it to work because at the time of writing this article it was the only dual cfexpress reader on the market). However, I had to compromise and buy a much cheaper single card reader instead. YMMV.
