I wanted to wait a month to review this topper. I'm 5ft 11in, 165lbs and have had poor sleepers for years. Often, many times (5-7) during the night I would wake up in pain. I have tried many different toppers and different mattresses. I decided to try this since I was tired, no pun intended, of waking up in pain all night and not going back to sleep. I bought a mattress topper 3.5. The first night I slept 3 hours straight, which I never did. I was really surprised. The next night I slept 3 hours straight. For me it seemed impossible. Every night since I've felt it, I've had moments of deeper sleep. I still wake up often, but not with the pain I've had for several years. I sleep on my stomach and it has been a blessing so far. I mentally check my body for where there might be pain and can't find it, I would do it on other mattress pads and I would have 4 or 5 spots that hurt. After a month I am very satisfied and enjoy the pain free sleep I get with many 3 hours of deep sleep. I would recommend this mattress pad and maybe even suggest a weight of 4. Right now my only concern is how long the mattress topper will last but for now I would definitely recommend it and would buy it again.
