Review on Dell 452 BCYT D6000 Universal Black Laptop Accessories by Will Schimmel

I ordered this product for my new Dell computer. I was having a very strange problem with my computer where my keyboard was getting letters mixed up and my bluetooth happened to be completely missing from my computer (not turned off but gone). My IT department and Dell couldn't figure it out. They kept rolling back the drivers. Suddenly he didn't have those problems anymore (yay). But in July I went back to the office to work for a day and BAM screwed it up again?!? I dropped everything and I'm ready. Go to the office in August, it happens again. then I understand. this is a DOCKING STATION. Seems easy. I'm being transferred to Dell from a department all day because for some reason my docking station doesn't have an ID tag. Without them they can do NOTHING. "I must have deleted it." hmm no I didn't. Finally, after about 2 hours of hanging and sending, someone seems to be able to help. I'm on the phone with him for another hour and he asks me to email him photos from my Revain account and photos from the docking station. It's okay, they let him out. The next day my case was "closed" and I was told via email to call back and they would reopen it. Then they can no longer guide me to the right place. This lasted 30 days after I was promised the case would be closed and another person told me to call to start a new case. I asked them to open a case based on my email history as I haven't had half a day to transfer me, put me on hold and hang up. Also, I told them that I need a documentary trail at the moment because I was lied to on the phone. I'm at work (which is why I need a dock) and can't spend 2-3 on hold. I realize I probably got a lemon out of 1000 but seriously I can't think of worse customer service than this. The docking station is useless and causes electrical problems with the computer, hence one star.
