Got pros: I use with macboock air on m1, this thing allows you to work with 3 additional monitors using displayLink drivers. Got cons: The cable from the dock to the laptop is not replaceable, there is a chance that it will become unusable, but you can’t change it, it would be better if there was a thunderbolt cable.

Working from home during a pandemic can be a bit technical. Works great to connect my Surface to a second screen then Surface went blank and guess what works great with a new laptop. Had to connect to my iPad Pro in anticipation of a laptop replacement and I was very pleased that it was able to do so. Love the extra ports for different things throughout the day. NOT POWERING YOUR COMPUTER, just connecting all things together so you can connect to additional monitors and such.

I tried 3 other docks that didn't work with my Dell All-in-One. This worked great without having to install drivers. I have connected two 27" 4K monitors. One with HDMI and one with DisplayPort.

Works great so far. My video is not peeling off like my work laptop dock (in 4K). Ports are strong. I love that it supports three monitors and has two (2) displays. Note that it only delivers 60W of charging power, but it works with my Dell work laptop (after disabling the pesky warning in the BIOS).

Sometimes I work remotely and needed two large monitors to connect to my laptop. I had a 17 inch monitor and bought another so I needed a docking station. An IT guru at work recommended this particular docking station because it was compatible with our (work) Dell laptop. again in the same situation.

I originally purchased this product for work from home at the onset of COVID-19. For 3 months the device has completely failed. Dell immediately sent me a new module free of charge. After struggling with a few other docks that weren't Dell compatible or didn't provide power, I settled on this one.
