Review on 🔧 Engine Cooling Fan Motor by GM Genuine Parts - Model 15-8498 by Dennis Moonin

Ordered for the 1987 Corvette. It screws into the bracket but will not fit the original fan on this machine. As already described by another customer, this engine is NOT an ACDelco. this is Nideck #24017753. It has a raised profile that prevents an OEM factory fan from being fitted to the hub. I couldn't use it. AMAZON has NOT corrected their information on this fan motor. I had to pay a restocking fee to return it. Bad experience. They must come together on this issue. It has been suggested that to use this fan motor on a 1987 Corvette, ACDelco fan #15-8476 must also be purchased. but the picture of this fan looks identical to the fan on my machine and I don't want to risk ordering another $50 part that may not fit. It looks like a high performance motor but I gave it a bad rating because it didn't fit and it cost me money to return it. This left me with a bad taste for AMAZON and ACDelco.
