Review on 🔋 OptiMATE 4 CAN-bus 8/9-step 12V 1A Battery Charger-Tester-Maintainer - Ultimate Solution for Battery Saving by Nathan Skipper

I bought this to charge from the stock socket on my bike. When first turned on, the Optimate turns on the power port and is ready to begin testing and charging cycles. However, after a few minutes, the bike's ECU seems to turn the socket off again, and unfortunately the Optimate can't turn it back on. If I turn the Optimate off and on again or turn the bike ignition on, the Optimate reconnects, but after about 2 minutes the port goes offline again and the Optimate can't turn it back on. I don't know if the problem is in the bike's CAN bus software or in the Optimate. It seems really strange that Optimate can enable the port initially but not afterwards. Pretty useless as it can only charge the battery for about 2 minutes before shutting down the port. You can also buy the cheaper Optimate 3 and connect it directly to the battery.
