Absolutely disappointed with this purchase, received this package and was missing a strap, contacted the seller, no response, eventually had to get a refund through Revain (which they gave me quickly and no problem) also from the ones i got, they DO NOT WORK with almost all shock dock mouthpieces, the part you need to attach the mouthpiece falls off immediately, useless!
