Review on 🎧 Avantree Aria Bluetooth 5.0 Noise Cancelling Headphones: Dual Mic, 35H Battery, Over Ear, Wireless & Wired by Derrick Shaw

I liked the headphones at first. Great audio for Zoom calls. Used once while playing a game on my tablet and they sound great. The 10 month Zoom Home Calls have been great. But. between zoom calls the other day they broke down. I was furious because they literally sit on my headphone stand when not in use or between Zoom calls. I grabbed the closest things I could and had to wind them up so I could take my next Zoom call. I was pissed and immediately ordered other headphones and they suck compared to the Avantree. I return these unnecessary ones. I had to order a new pair of Avantree as I'm constantly on Zoom appointments and don't have time to wait for customer service. As you can see from the photos, a crack is starting to form on the side of the broken headphone where there is no microphone. Disappointing. A small company asked for advice on which headphones to buy for its 80 employees. I told them to go with Evantry. Now I have to tell them that unless the customer service from Avantree is great, they should probably go with another headphone manufacturer. Just take a look. I will update afterwards. Many Thanks.
