Great scheduling platform with room improvement in certain aspects

I like how easy it is for me to see my schedule at all times when using this software! The layout of your daily schedule is very user friendly. It's great being able to set up recurring appointments. There are some things you cannot do such as change or cancel an appointment once scheduled but overall it works well enough and has been helpful so far.
Not much dislike about this program. If there were any issues I would contact customer service directly via chat/email instead of waiting through the automated system. Being able to quickly input new information without having to go back through multiple screens each time.

Pros

Best way in scheduling meetings, seeing who needs what done
Great ability keep track fo upcoming events
Easy use with Microsoft Outlook email account making life easier than other options out that can be complicated.
Very good looking interface which really helps make sense visually while still keeping simple
