Very easy to use service that has a positive impact on our team's productivity.

The ability to assign staff members to projects/tasks is great! I love how it's easy for me as an admin user (that doesn't have access to this feature) to add all of our employees so they are available when we need them. There isn't much that I dislike about it but there may be something that you just don't like at first glance or maybe your needs change over time. If anyone wants to use this service then give it try because once you start using it, you won't want anything else!! We've been…

  • As with any new software there are bugs that need to be worked out, but it's rare that something doesn't work!

Helps with professionalism in setting and keeping meeting agendas

I like how easy it is for me as an employee to manage my schedule by posting availability online so other employees know if they have open time or not! This software makes sure you don’t miss any important meetings/appointments which helps your job performance immensely!! Sometimes there are bugs when adding new appointments but this program has been very helpful overall. Great solution to organize meetings and events

I like how it integrates my calendar as well when creating an event or meeting through emailing them directly from stafffox! There is nothing i dislike about this software but there could be some minor improvements if they are still working out those kinks of improving its features for better user experience/user interface etc.. The best feature would have been having multiple calendars integrated so you don’t need 2 separate programs (MS Outlook Calendar & Google calender). Integrating your…

Great scheduling option that makes budgeting and planning very simple

It's easy for me as an individual scheduler at my job (who is self employed) see who I'm scheduled next week/month etc., it helps keep track of how much time each employee has left before they are due vacation or leave without pay. The only thing i dislike about this software would be if you could not export your schedule from one month over another so when changes need made mid year there isn't any issues trying figure out what happened during those months! Great scheduling platform with room improvement in certain aspects

I like how easy it is for me to see my schedule at all times when using this software! The layout of your daily schedule is very user friendly. It's great being able to set up recurring appointments. There are some things you cannot do such as change or cancel an appointment once scheduled but overall it works well enough and has been helpful so far. Not much dislike about this program.
