It's easy for me as an individual scheduler at my job (who is self employed) see who I'm scheduled next week/month etc., it helps keep track of how much time each employee has left before they are due vacation or leave without pay. The only thing i dislike about this software would be if you could not export your schedule from one month over another so when changes need made mid year there isn't any issues trying figure out what happened during those months! Benefits include being able to know exactly where everyone stands financially throughout all departments within our organization.
