Because I am such an expert at DIY projects, I am always looking for high-quality phone accoutrements that I can use to improve them. Unfortunately, my time spent with QIBOX did not live up to my expectations. To begin, their website was difficult to navigate, which made it difficult for me to locate the particular products I was searching for. In addition, the explanations of their products were difficult to understand and did not offer sufficient information for customers to make an educated choice. When I eventually got my order, I discovered that the products were of a poorer quality than I had anticipated. The phone cases and screen protectors I purchased felt flimsy in my hand and did not suit my device correctly, which resulted in gaps that left my device vulnerable to being damaged. In addition, the chargers that I was sent did not work correctly and were unable to charge my phone in a continuous manner. To make matters even more difficult, when I attempted to get assistance from their customer support team, I was met with responses that were unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. They were unable to address my concerns and provided no solutions to help fix the problem that we were having. My time spent with QIBOX was, on the whole, not very satisfying. In order for my projects to be successful, as a DIY expert, I require dependable and high-quality phone peripherals, and QIBOX failed to meet my expectations in every way. I would not suggest this shop to anyone seeking for high-quality phone accessories because it does not have what they need.
