Loved this top. I've worn it with the straps and without. I'm 5'11, 176 lbs, measurements are 36C, 28 inch waist, 46 inch hips. I wore it with a black pencil skirt once and white high waisted jeans another time. I got an XL and it was tight on me but not unbearable and it didn't look bad as far as making unwanted fat rolls.
