Previously used similar products with different results. This one is similar. However, other products felt strange on the hands. It's not like this. I haven't had it long enough to know if it works long term, but if you're the type who hates that "sticky feeling," it hasn't. It also doesn't "repel" water like petroleum jelly products. It looks like skin. I like it. I even cleaned the house with gloves today and that usually triggers my eczema. This didn't happen today. I think that's a plus. Hands aren't treated in any way, but as long as it doesn't get worse I'll take it.
