I really like that it has multiple ways to view or understand data sets using different visualizations types (e.g., scatterplots vs. bar/line charts). It is easy enough for someone with little knowledge of R to get up to speed quickly but still powerful at handling big datasets. The UI could be more intuitive - sometimes you have no idea what's going wrong! There are some things in Radix I just don't use very often so when they do pop out into my workflow, I'm not sure why exactly those features were added there instead of elsewhere. For example, "Show missing values" feature was an afterthought which doesn't make sense outside of specific circumstances. We used this product as part of our solution building process. This allowed us to easily visualize all aspects of any given dataset we needed to build solutions around.
