I love that it is easy to use for my team at work as well! There are many different options available in terms of what can be done with this platform including data collection from our internal systems or even just being able to send out emails more efficiently than before. I really like that it has multiple ways to view or understand data sets using different visualizations types (e.g., scatterplots vs. bar/line charts). It is easy enough for someone with little knowledge of R to get up to speed quickly but still powerful at handling big datasets. The UI could be more intuitive - sometimes you have no idea what's going wrong!
