This product worked so well after I charged it the first night I received it. I have a Blue Heeler/Border Collie mix, he is 13 months old and a very vocal dog. I'm so glad I bought this product because it helps him understand that he doesn't have to bark when new people come into the house and it really helps him understand the difference. I really like the feature where it only turns on for a few seconds when the dog barks. This will fix my dog and then shut it down so it's not persistent and saves battery life. Easily rechargeable via USB. I've had this product for a few days and usually only turn it on when I have company or to look after my friends' little kids, but it definitely makes a difference when it comes to helping him stop barking excessively. . I also like how it has 2 frequency settings. it's a little bigger than my hand so very compact it's compact it's black so it fits my living room theme and it also comes with screws and a hook so you can hang it on the wall. And since it's wireless, you can transport it to any part of the house at any time. Not only am I satisfied with the product, I am also very happy (and a little surprised) that the seller sent the goods so quickly. Undoubtedly this is a quality product from a quality seller. 100%
