I bought these for cooking but they have proven useful for so much more: 1. Camping food - easy to pack in the fridge (leaks) 2. Eating to a neighbor or in a bring pot 3. Bake the chicken when the water ran out during a snow storm (didn't want to mess up the pan that can't be washed!) 4. Bake for friends5 where they serve barbecue and corn on the cob if I forgot buying paper plates, when I use them I put them on a baking sheet; They are not strong enough to bake without something underneath. But they are a surprisingly comfortable size. I would say 3 pans = a 9x13.
