Review on 🚰 Stainless Steel UF Filtration System for Gallons - WD 15UBW by Jesse Cruz

UPDATE: Waterdrop has great customer service! They got straight to the point and provided useful information. They sent a replacement unit for free and the second unit is easy to install and works great. Although the former had an issue, their customer service more than made up for it. I'm increasing my rating to 5 stars because it's working great now. OLD REVIEW: Installation wasn't too difficult. and I love that they provide all the fittings for a standard faucet as well as a shut off valve for the water going through the filter. In general, everything is done qualitatively and efficiently. However, the main problem is that it leaks profusely from the filter inlet, which is a plastic and non-standard plumbing fitting. I cannot find a part or replacement, the entire unit needs to be replaced. I'm not sure why they chose this style of attachment as if you ever have a problem you will have to replace the entire unit. Unfortunately this happened on the first install so I can't tell you how well the faucet/filter works. . I have contacted Water Drop for assistance and will amend this review when they send in a new filter and get feedback that we can get things working properly. Unfortunately, it is a kind of DOA.
