Non-working electric shaver Item

The old head needed replacing so I ordered this item. It was easy to remove the old head and put on the new one. However, when I turned on the Flawless with the new head, the motor barely ran. When I pressed it lightly while trying to shave my legs, it stopped completely. I returned the old head to Flawless and it works with great power. I probably deserve NO STAR, but I have to give a star.
