Review on Stainless Steel Round Tea Bag Squeezer by Norpro - Perfect Size for Optimal Brewing by Alvin Peoples

I bought this item at a hardware store a few years ago. I really liked it and decided to take it with me on a trip. WHAT A BIG MISTAKE! The first book I ordered was unpacked and unprotected, just sitting in a box full of books. When it came out of the box I thought maybe the books got caught between two hands and splayed so far apart you can't even squeeze out a teabag. So I returned it for another. The second came in the package, it was great and everything looked good. Until I looked at the product. Looks like there is a hair trigger in the package. If you can only look at the angles of the two hands, you cannot squeeze the tea bag. As you can see from the picture, what I received a few years ago has good hands, even with each other to easily squeeze the bag. But the ones I got from the company. Not only couldn't I pop a teabag, I don't even think I could pop it because it's so deformed. Both products represent a quality defect of the company and are not worth mentioning in second, third or even fourth place. QC really needs to look at what they are sending to the customer. Now I'm returning the second. And only have to live with one
