The customer service support given by all employees at id bbn has been absolutely excellent, from sales representatives to account managers right through up into their own in house legal team! They have always gone above & beyond what I would expect when looking for our ongoing services or new clients - they are so helpful it makes us feel like we're part friends too as opposed than just business partners :) Nothing really that stands out but everything about this organisation was great with my experience The platform is simple and easy to use. The integration with our CRM is fantastic. The customer service is excellent. They have a great team and are always willing to help. There can be more features for the platform. We were looking for a platform that would help us organize all of our marketing efforts. This platform did help us with this. The customer service is also fantastic. We are able to track all of our marketing efforts and keep our marketing efforts organized.
